Twilight Timez.

Hello 2013. We hope you have all enjoyed a sweet summer break (or continuing to enjoy this sunshiney sweetness). We just wanted to embrace a little nostalgiafest with our last twilight market date last month. A little pre-Christmas festive frenzy! It was such a wonderful afternoon. Peek at more snaps here.

We filled the 1000 £ Bend gallery, both UPSTAIRS and DOWNSTAIRS, TO THE BRIM with all sorts of gifty goodness.

We had All the amazing apparel from the likes of IIHITA, vintage galore from LIBERTY’S HEART, the vintage boutique with a beautiful eye WHERE ARE MY STARS? and even more vintage from SINCERELY CORNELIUS including their most charmingly beautiful bow ties.

Scarves! Lovingly hand dyed silk scarves from AGNES & I and the screen printed scarves from  SARAH SCANLON.

So much jewellery. There were the geometrical and bright bits from CECI PROJECT, chocolate freckles and amazing artwork by CHLOE WADDELL, the sweet and stylish bits by EELAV McBEE, the amazing one-of-a kind statement pieces by JUX, the mechanical implements inspired KATHLEEN O’NEILL DESIGNS, the handmade accessories from MISS EMILIE’S VINTAGE BOUTIQUE, bits from brass bullets and feathers by PRETTIFY, the cute little monsters by TRIANGLE OF BEARS, typewriter bits transformed into rings and cufflinks by THE SOFT TYPEWRITER, gorgeous glass beads from SOLAR FLARE CREATIONS, the sweetly subversive SUCRE NOIR, the delicious design by SYLVERFOX DESIGN and the brilliance, beauty and splendour of WORLD OF AGLAIA. Phew. Yup, there were HEAPS of jewellery and accessories.

All sorts of other practical gifts from totes totes for all your bits and MacBooks by L’CALL, the baggage worth carrying from FREUDIAN SLIP DESIGNS (also check out their other crafty venture VINTAGE ZOO – it’s exactly how you would imagine and even more! *queue animal noises*)  and the aprons, cushions, totes and other miscellany made from vintage fabrics, vintage patterns and recycled fabrics by VINTAGE REINVENTIONS.

The cornucopia of crafty craft by some super talented crafty folk with the foxy delights and more from THE CREATURE WORKSHOP, the whimsical wonders of HANNAKIN ART, the bearded blokes and cool cats from HANDMADE ROMANCE, the crafty collective MELBOURNE ALT CRAFTERS, exploring the dark side with LITTLE EVIL STUFF and the adorable tea cosies from POM POM PARLOUR.

An abundance of amazing art work from the nature inspired DI MEADE, the brightly spirited THANKS HEAPS, the tasty treats MADE BY JMAGGIORE and the marvellously macabre NINE AND A HALF FINGERS.

Upstairs there were even more treasures from the delish day of the dead themed adornments from BLACK DIAMOND ACCESSORIES, all kinds of kitsch from MR ROBOTO, the feminine and whimsy wonders from QUAINTSICAL, handmade furnishings PRECIOUS LITTLE SAKURA, eclectic clothing by SAJAA, sweet treats for a feast by SWEETHEART SMASH, ear decor and other miscellany by PYRAMID SCHEME & NASSARIUS, shaking it all about with O HOKEY POKEY VINTAGE and crazy cardboard cut outs and multidimensional perspex robots from TOKYO CRASH HAT.

Huge shopping day. Spoilt silly for presents and so very happy to have so many unqiue and wonderful goodness available at our market days. And now we welcome an exciting 2013 with more super fun market dates with the usual art, design, fashion and vintage soiree along with bringing back our coveted Crafternoon Corner (stay tuned for the exciting details!).
